Squirskaya Black Winter Radish — a mid-season variety; the harvest lasts from October to December. The root vegetable is round in shape, with black skin. The flesh is white, firm, juicy, and has a pleasant, mildly spicy flavor. It contains many different minerals, such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and vitamins B and C.
It is recommended to sow in rows from late March to mid-June in unfertilized soil. This variety is very easy to grow. Harvested roots can be stored for a long time in a dry, cool place.
