Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with Article 9, Clause 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", the buyer has the right within fourteen (14) days to exchange a product of adequate quality for a similar one if the product does not suit the buyer in terms of shape, dimensions, colour, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.

Exchange of a product of adequate quality is carried out provided it has not been used and its commercial appearance, consumer properties, labels and packaging have been preserved.

If an equivalent product is not available in the shop, the buyer has the right to purchase any other product from the shop's range with a corresponding price adjustment, or to receive a refund equal to the value of the returned product, or to purchase an equivalent product as soon as it becomes available, about which the seller undertakes to notify the buyer on the day of receipt. (Article 9, Clause 2 of the Law).

Refunds are calculated based on the price of the product at the time of purchase.

Conditions for exchange and return of defective products:

1. Replacement or return of a product with a concealed manufacturing defect (material defect) discovered during use is carried out on the grounds and within the time limits established by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

2. If you experience a problem with a product, first make sure you have fully read the product's instructions (if available). Typically, the end of the instructions contains a section describing common problems and how to resolve them independently.

3. Returns or exchanges of defective products are carried out by the buyer and seller shipping the item(s) via a delivery service (carrier company).

Refunds are possible on the day of return or, if funds are unavailable at the cashier, within a maximum of 7 days.

The following CANNOT be exchanged or returned:

1. List of adequate-quality products not subject to exchange or return [view].

2. Products of adequate quality, more than 14 days after purchase.

3. Products of adequate quality that are not new, i.e. have been used.

4. Products with mechanical damage, broken packaging, or where an examination has established that the defects were caused by the buyer, signs of unauthorised interference (opening, attempted repair), etc.

To avoid misunderstandings, please carefully inspect your purchase upon receipt or in the presence of the courier. If you are unhappy with the size, appearance or the product does not match the order parameters, return the order without opening the packaging by contacting the shop manager to agree on all return details. If a product of adequate quality is refused after delivery has taken place, the buyer independently pays for the return shipping to the seller via the chosen delivery service.

Claims regarding appearance and mechanical damage are only accepted at the time of delivery (upon receipt).
