The water flow rate in these filters ranges from 5 to 25 m³/h. The filtration rating is 120 mesh. The filters have external threads on both ends with diameters of 1, 2, and 3/4 inches. Inside the filters is a replaceable filter cartridge consisting of tightly stacked polymer discs. Screen filters are designed to filter out solid macro-particles in water, such as sand, pipeline corrosion debris, and shells, which often end up in tap water in drip irrigation and sprinkler systems. They are recommended for use in landscape irrigation systems. Unlike mesh filters, disc filters use three-dimensional filtration, which allows them to trap any contaminants and sediment. The filters combine reliability with the lowest maintenance costs, have a long service life thanks to the strength and wear resistance of the materials, and are designed to be easily disassembled and cleaned.
