Savoy Cabbage ROSALI is a late-maturing variety with a maturation period of 130–150 days.
The head is large, gray-green, dense, weighing 1.2 to 2.7 kg. It is formed from finely bubbly, corrugated leaves with a fine structure.
It contains 7–14% dry matter, vitamin C (20–90 mg%), as well as vitamins B1, B2, B6, and PP, and mineral salts—sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium.
Yield: 5.6–7 kg/m².
Usage: suitable for fresh consumption and processing.
Cultivation: plants require regular watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilization.
Soil temperature for seed germination—not lower than 5°C.
