Rubin Red Cabbage - a mid-season variety, 120-130 days from transplanting seedlings to technical maturity. Leaves are medium-sized, purple, with a waxy coating, and wavy edges. The outer stalk is of medium height. The head is round-flat, dark purple, and dense. Weight: 1–2 kg. The variety is characterized by high yield and suitability for transport. Recommended for fresh consumption, processing, and storage until January. Yield: up to 8–10 kg/m².
Sow seeds for seedlings in mid-March – early April. Transplant in the cotyledon stage. Plant in the ground in mid-May at a spacing of 50 x 60 cm.
