Mode of action:
Translaminar and systemic action. The uniqueness of this product lies in the fact that it consists of two active ingredients, which, when combined effectively, complement each other and extend the duration of the product’s protective and curative action. Cymoxanil penetrates through the leaves and is redistributed throughout the plant tissues to all its cells (translaminar action). It has curative and anti-sporulation effects, halts the fungus’s metabolic processes, and slows down and stops the vital processes occurring within the cells. Cymoxanil destroys the pathogen that has begun to develop as early as 1–2 days after infection. Metalaxyl is a systemic fungicide with protective, curative, and eradicative effects. It suppresses the active post-infection stages of fungal development, prevents sporulation, and protects untreated plant parts and new growth.
Spectrum of activity: a wide range of diseases
Maximum number of applications, working solution application rate: vegetable crops 3–5 L per 100 m², grapes – 3–5 L per vine.
Application instructions:
Before spraying, dissolve the calculated amount of the product (see table) in clean water and mix thoroughly. Use the working solution on the day it is prepared, as prolonged storage causes the product to lose its properties, leading to reduced effectiveness against diseases. Apply the treatment under favorable weather conditions (no gusty winds, air temperature not exceeding 25 °C); this is typically in the morning (before 10–11 a.m.) and evening (6–10 p.m.). During spraying, ensure uniform coverage of the solution on the leaves and stems of the plants without runoff from the treated surface. The best results are achieved when the product is applied preventively or in the early stages of infection—before visible symptoms of disease appear. Preventive treatments against primary infection are carried out at the beginning of the growing season; additional treatments are carried out to prevent the spread of diseases or upon the appearance of their first signs, with an interval of 8–12 days between treatments, depending on disease development and weather conditions. If there is a high risk of disease development (rainy weather), the intervals between treatments must be reduced to 8 days. It is advisable to use in a mixture with insecticides
