Potassium Nitrate Fertilizer 400 g

Full description

Potassium Nitrate Fertilizer (400 g) – a dual-component complex fertilizer consisting of potassium nitrate and potassium nitrate, suitable for various soil types, especially for crops sensitive to chlorine: berries and citrus fruits, sugar beets, potatoes, tobacco, grapes, flax, and is also used as a micronutrient fertilizer in greenhouse vegetable production and for houseplants.

Fertilizer composition: nitrogen (N) - 13.5%, potassium (K2O) - 37.6%.

Advantages:

- Increases crop yields.

- Increases plant resistance to adverse environmental conditions.

- Helps improve plant tissue structure.

- Improves product quality: extends shelf life, enhances taste and appearance of fruits.

Application:

Potassium nitrate is widely used to fertilize potatoes and cabbage. These crops are fertilized during hilling, when the foliage is already well-developed and an excess of nitrogen must be avoided; in this case, potassium nitrate is an effective fertilizer, as it contains 3.5 times less nitrogen than potassium.

The standard application rate for all crops is 15–20 g of potassium nitrate per square meter.
Top-dressing for vegetable, fruit, and berry crops is 10–15 g of potassium nitrate per square meter.

The fertilizer is used as a solution for root and foliar feeding.
Root feeding:

CropApplication ratesFertilization frequency
Vegetables and flowers 30–40 g/10 L of water Once every 10–15 days
Ornamental and berry shrubs 30-40 g/10 L of water Once every 10-15 days
Fruit trees 30–40 g/10 L of water Once every 10–15 days

Foliar feeding: the solution is sprayed onto the leaves using a sprayer.

CropApplication rates Frequency of applications
Vegetables, flowers, strawberries 1.0–1.5 L/10 m² 2–4 sprayings are performed during the growing season
Shrubs 1.5 L per shrub 2–4 sprayings are performed during the growing season
Fruit trees 2 L per young tree, 5–8 L per mature tree 2–4 sprayings are performed during the growing season
