Trichofit, 150 ml – a biological mycofungicide for soil treatment and plant protection against a wide range of fungal and bacterial diseases.
Features
The Trichofit biological product is effective against root and leaf diseases and delivers excellent results when used on vegetables in protected cultivation. It also stimulates plant growth and development, enriching the soil with available nutrients (due to its high biological activity, the product intensively decomposes organic compounds and enhances the mobilization of phosphorus and potassium).
Composition: aqueous suspension of the fungus Trichoderma lignorum.
Mechanism of action
The fungus produces antibiotics that destroy disease-causing agents. On plants and in the soil, Trichoderma uses foreign mycelia as a nutrient medium, destroying pathogenic fungi.
Application
Soil treatment: 50 g per 2 L of water; water the soil 1–2 times a month; plant spraying: 50 g per 2 L of water; spray as needed. The preparation is ready in 30 minutes and is diluted in warm, non-chlorinated water. Seed treatment is carried out immediately before sowing (24–48 hours in advance). It is recommended to sow treated seeds in moist soil.
Spraying is recommended at air temperatures of +10°C or higher. The product is diluted with warm, non-chlorinated or settled water. Fill the tank 1/3 full with water, add the product according to the application rates,, and mix. Then fill the tank completely with water, mix again, and you can begin spraying.
It is best to spray in the morning or evening, avoiding direct sunlight. The working solution should be used on the day it is prepared.
Duration of protective action
The product’s effect on plants can be observed 24–36 hours after application. The microorganisms remain fully active on the plants for 12–15 days.
Compatibility with other products
The product is compatible with many pesticides, except for copper- and mercury-containing substances. The first application of Trichofit is possible 21 days after treatment with the above-mentioned agents.
Storing conditions
The product can be stored at temperatures between +4°C and +20°C for 9 months. It must be stored indoors, away from direct sunlight.
