Full description
Topsin-M 20 g - a highly effective systemic fungicide for protecting crops from diseases.

Active ingredient: thiophanate-methyl 700 g/kg

Formulation: wettable powder

Spectrum of activity, diseases: powdery mildew, scab, moniliosis, coccomycosis, oidium, anthracnose

Crops: apple, pear, peach, cherry, cucumber, grape, black currant

Description, usage notes: the product is most effective when used for preventive treatment, before the pathogen develops. The systemic action of the product allows it to spread quickly throughout the plant. The product has a broad spectrum of activity, making it possible to combat several pathogens at once. The protective effect of the product lasts for 2 weeks or more. Ideal for treating mechanically damaged plants (e.g., apple trees after hail or pruning). Has a stimulating effect. Has a negative effect on soil nematodes and several species of aphids. The product is not effective against downy mildew. Topsin-M is compatible in tank mixes with most pesticides, except those with an alkaline reaction. The product is not phytotoxic, has a low level of toxicity to animals and humans, and does not cause skin or eye irritation. It is low-toxic to bees but toxic to fish; the product must not be allowed to enter water bodies. Pre-harvest interval: cucumbers – 7 days; apple, pear, and cherry trees – 20 days; peach and grape vines – 30 days.
