Titus 1 g + Zenkor Aqua 10 ml

Full description

Titus Prime 1 g + Zenkor 10 ml - a universal post-emergence herbicide. The product is effective against a wide range of weeds: grasses (bristlegrass, couch grass, barnyard grass, common thistle, mouse-ear hawkweed, and others), as well as major dicotyledonous and broadleaf weeds.

Active ingredient: rimsulfuron 250 g/L

Mode of action: Titus is rapidly absorbed through the leaf surface and blocks further cell division in the weed. After application, weed growth stops immediately. The first visible symptoms, such as cessation of growth, chlorosis, dieback of shoot tips, and necrosis, appear within 5 days. The Titus herbicide breaks down quickly in the soil and does not harm the environment, while providing long-lasting protection.

Advantages:

- Suitable for most agricultural crops.
- Completely replaces pre-emergence and pre-sowing herbicide treatment programs.
- Post-emergence application allows for the destruction of a wide range of grass and broadleaf weeds with a single spray.
- Has low application rates.
- Rapidly penetrates the plant within 3 hours; after this time, rain does not reduce its effectiveness.
- The product’s activity does not depend on soil moisture; Titus is effective even in dry conditions.
- The half-life in soil is 10 days.
- Easy to use, with low costs for storage and transportation.

Application:

Dissolve 1 g of Titus + 10 ml of Zenkor in 3–4 liters of water per 100 square meters. Dissolve Titus separately in water, mix thoroughly, and pour into a sprayer filled 2/3 full with water. Then pour the contents of the Zenkor package into the sprayer and, while mixing, add water to the required volume. Do not apply the solution to other crops or allow it to come into contact with them.

Application rates for agricultural crops:
- On corn:
Single application: Titus 40–50 g/ha + Zenkor 200–300 ml/ha
The application rate depends on the weed species composition at the time of use (in fields infested with creeping bentgrass and barnyard grass, the recommended herbicide dose should be applied).
Rate up to 60 g/ha in case of significant weed infestation, provided that general herbicide application rules are followed.
Two-stage application:
1st application — Titus 30 g/ha + Zenkor
2nd application (when the second wave of weeds appears) — Titus 20 g/ha + Zenkor
Maximum rate for 2 applications: 80 g/ha.
- On potatoes, single application:
Post-emergence treatment after hilling, crop height 5–20 cm
Titus 50 g/ha + surfactant Trend 200 ml/ha
- On tomatoes:
Sown tomatoes: in the cotyledon stage—2 true leaves of the crop—and early stages of weed development: Titus 50 g/ha + Zenkor. Re-treatment is possible after 7–10 days (50 g/ha).
Tomato seedlings: Titus 50 g/ha + Zenkor surfactant.
6–10 days after transplanting seedlings into the ground. Re-treatment is possible (50 g/ha).

Zenkor Aqua 10 ml – a systemic herbicide for controlling dicotyledonous and grass weeds when growing potatoes, tomatoes, alfalfa, and soybeans. Early weed control promotes the unimpeded development of crops and their uptake of nutrients, water, and light.

Active ingredient: metribuzin - 700 g/kg

Advantages:

- Has a systemic effect through the roots and leaf surface.
- Has a broad spectrum of activity, controlling broadleaf and grass weeds.
- Effectively suppresses weeds that have already emerged, as well as those that are germinating.
- The product keeps crops free of weeds for 1–2 months.
- Non-toxic to warm-blooded animals and safe for the environment.

Application:

Crop Treatment target Application rate Application notes
Potatoes annual dicotyledonous and grass weeds 8–10 g per 3 L of water, per 100 m² Soil spraying before crop emergence
Tomato seedlings Annual dicotyledonous and grass weeds 10 g / 3 L of water, per 100 m² Soil spraying before transplanting seedlings
Direct-seeded tomatoes annual dicotyledonous and grass weeds 10 g /5 L of water, per 100 m² spraying during the 2–4 leaf stage of the crop
Soybeans, alfalfa annual dicotyledonous and grass weeds 0.7–1 kg/ha soil application before crop emergence

To ensure crop fields remain weed-free until summer, it is essential that the herbicide film remains intact after spraying. This can be compromised by inter-row soil cultivation or heavy rainfall following application. The product’s effectiveness is enhanced by elevated air and soil temperatures of +20–25°C.

The product should not be used in greenhouses or hotbeds, as this may cause phytotoxicity in cultivated plants.
