Tatran Dill is a mid-season variety with abundant foliage and a rich aroma. The growing season lasts 40–45 days before harvesting the greens and 90–100 days before harvesting for seasoning. The plant forms a robust rosette 100–120 cm tall with a large volume of green, deeply lobed leaves of a bluish-green color. The leaves are succulent, aromatic, and retain their freshness for a long time after cutting.
The variety is distinguished by high yield, resistance to lodging, and a long harvesting period. Tatran dill is suitable for fresh use, preparing salads, pickling, canning, and drying. Thanks to its intense aroma, the greens are particularly valued in cooking and for winter storage.
