Dill, Kustovoy Salyut - a late-maturing variety; the period from mass germination to harvesting of mature bunches for greens is 35–40 days, and technical maturity is reached in 110–115 days. The harvesting period lasts 14–25 days. The leaf rosette is large, raised, 30–40 cm tall. The leaves are dark green, deeply lobed, aromatic, and rich in essential oils. This highly productive variety regrows up to 3–4 times after cutting. It is consumed fresh, used for seasoning, canning, and drying. Yield: 2.1–3.2 kg/m2.
