Dill - a mid-early variety of dill. Intended for fresh consumption, drying, freezing, preparing various seasonings, salting, and pickling (can be used for spices starting at 80-85 days).
Characteristics:
- Leaves are large, tender, dark green, deeply lobed, with a juicy and rich aroma.
- The period from germination to the first harvest is 35–45 days. Sow in soil in late April to early May, using a 10x50 cm planting pattern.
- Features a large, raised leaf rosette, which simplifies care during cultivation and keeps the foliage cleaner after rain.
- It transitions to bolting slowly. Average yield: 2.5–3.0 kg/sq. m.
- A plant with high regenerative capacity and heavy heads.
- Retains marketability for a long time.
Features: This variety is undemanding and popular due to its uniform germination, succulent, tender foliage, and long shelf life. Many canning factories in Ukraine have highly praised the quality characteristics of this dill during processing.
