Dill MONK'S BEARD - an early-maturing variety; the period from germination to harvest for greens is 32–41 days, and 64–75 days until the start of flowering. Variety characteristics: high essential oil content. The leaf rosette is upright; the leaves have deeply lobed segments, are dark green with a bluish tint, and are succulent and aromatic. An infusion made from the seeds is used for liver diseases, convulsions, digestive disorders, and other conditions. It is used fresh, dried, frozen, and for canning.
