Dill "Alligator" is a mid-season bush variety. Stem formation occurs 5–10 days later than in early-maturing varieties. It has a large, slightly raised rosette, which significantly simplifies the care process. Thanks to this feature, the foliage also remains less soiled after rain. The greens are renowned for their excellent quality. The leaves are characterized by a bluish tint with a waxy coating and a persistent, rich aroma. Flower umbels appear only toward the end of summer. The Alligator variety is ideal for producing a large harvest of fresh greens, as it can be grown both in a greenhouse and in open ground, with multiple harvests per season.
