The Tsukerka pumpkin is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety with excellent taste. The growing season lasts 95–105 days. The plant forms medium-sized vines with a large number of fruit set. The fruits are round-oval in shape, weighing 2–4 kg, with a thick orange rind. The flesh is bright orange, sweet, juicy, thick, and rich in carotene.
The variety is distinguished by stable yields, uniform ripening, and good storage life—the fruits retain their quality for several months. The Tsukerka pumpkin is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for making porridges, soups, casseroles, juices, and baby and dietary foods.
