Arabatskaya Pumpkin - a late-maturing variety; the period from germination to fruit ripening is 110–140 days. A plant with long vines. The fruits are elongated and cylindrical in shape, thickening toward the top, 50–80 cm long, 13–15 cm in diameter, and weighing 4–7 kg. When biologically ripe, the fruit is light yellow in color. The flesh is dense, deep orange, sweet, and has a good flavor. The fruits transport well and can be stored for 6–10 months in a dry, warm room. Recommended for home cooking; best suited for making porridge, candied fruit, and baby food. Seed weight per package: 15 g.
