The Kurnosik tomato is an early-maturing variety with uniform ripening and high yields. The growing season lasts 95–100 days. It is a determinate plant, 50–60 cm tall, compact, and requires no special care. The fruits are round with a slightly flattened “hooked” tip, weighing 100–120 g, and bright red in color. The flesh is firm, juicy, sweet, and without pronounced acidity.
The variety is distinguished by its resistance to major diseases, excellent marketability, and transportability. The Kurnosik tomato is suitable for fresh consumption, preparing salads and sauces, canning, and whole-fruit pickling. Thanks to its compact bushes, it is convenient for growing in open ground and greenhouses.
