Hottabich Tomato – a mid-early, high-yielding variety with elongated fruits. The growing season lasts 105–110 days. The plant is indeterminate, 150–170 cm tall, and requires staking and training. The fruits are elongated and plum-shaped, weighing 100–120 g, and bright red in color. The flesh is dense, meaty, with a sweet taste and few seeds.
The variety is noted for its stable yield, resistance to major diseases, and good transportability. The Hottabich tomato is ideal for canning whole fruits, making sauces, ketchups, and pastes. It is also used fresh, retaining its excellent flavor even after heat treatment.
