The plant is indeterminate, 140–160 cm tall, and requires staking and pruning. The fruits are round, weighing 120–150 g, with an original brownish-green hue and a red tint inside. The flesh is dense, meaty, juicy, and slightly sweet, with a light spicy note.
The variety is distinguished by stable yields, resistance to major diseases, and long-term fruiting. The Khaki tomato is prized for its unusual appearance and rich flavor. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, preparing salads, sauces, and canning, adding a unique touch to dishes.
