Tomato Batya – an early-maturing, large-fruited variety with high yields. The growing season lasts 90–95 days. The plant is indeterminate, 150–170 cm tall, and requires staking and pruning. The fruits are large, heart-shaped, weighing 200–350 g, and pink-raspberry in color. The flesh is meaty, juicy, sweet, and has a delicate aroma.
The variety is noted for its uniform ripening, resistance to major diseases, and good marketability. The Batya tomato is ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for making salads, juices, and sauces. The large, flavorful fruits are valued both for home use and for commercial cultivation.
