Volshebnitsa Beet – mid-season variety – 125–131 days. High-yielding. The root is cylindrical in shape, easy to pull out, weighing 174–335 g, without a core. The flesh is dark red with a burgundy tint, without white streaks, juicy, tender, and sweet. Yield: 3.8–4.5 kg/m². Suitable for winter storage and processing. The crop is relatively heat-tolerant. The variety is disease-resistant. The roots store well throughout the winter without losing their taste or market quality. When sown late (June 1–10), roots are produced that can be stored over the winter.
Soil temperature for seed germination: not lower than 5 °C.
