Opole Beet - a mid-season variety; fruits ripen 125–140 days after sowing. The root is cylindrical in shape, 4–7 cm in diameter, with a pointed tip, and is easily removed from the soil. The flesh is dark red, with very faint rings, juicy, without white streaks, and very tasty. Root weight is 190–450 g. Yield is 3.5–6.5 kg/m2 . For winter storage and processing.
