Full description
Broad-leaved Sorrel - an early-maturing variety, 40-45 days from full germination to market readiness. Resistant to bolting, winter-hardy. Upright rosette. Leaves are elongated-ovate, green. Average marketable yield: 2.1–8.5 kg/m², first harvest: 0.6–3.5 kg/m².

Laminated packaging ensures optimal seed preservation and moisture resistance.

Agricultural techniques.
Sorrel is a cold-tolerant and frost-resistant plant; it overwinters well without shelter and sprouts early in the spring. Seeds begin to germinate at +1°C, and growth is most active at 15–23°C. Pre-soaked seeds are sown in single rows with 30 cm row spacing. The seeding rate is 1 g per 1 m². Standard care includes loosening the soil, weeding, watering, fertilizing, and removing flower stalks. Fertilization is carried out after the leaves are cut back (15–20 g/m² ammonium nitrate and 10 g/m² potassium chloride). Over the summer, leaves are harvested 3 to 5 times at intervals of 2–2.5 weeks.

Seed weight per package: 1 g.
