Broad-Leaved Sorrel - a perennial, early-maturing, cold-hardy variety that matures in 45 days. The plant has a large rosette and long petioles. The leaves are elongated-ovate, dark green, and rich in vitamins and trace elements. Sorrel is frost-resistant; harvesting begins in early spring, and the leaves are successfully used to prepare green borscht. It grows in one spot for 3–5 years. Yields reach 2.0–3.0 kg/m².
