Chernomor Celery - an early-maturing variety with a root maturation period of 130 days. The grown celery has a fleshy, grayish-white, and rounded root weighing up to 350 g. The flesh is white and tender. Yield is 2.3–4 kg/m2. Disease-resistant. Stores well in winter. Before sowing, seeds must be soaked in water for 1 day. Grown from seedlings. Chernomor celery has high nutritional value and excellent flavor. Used fresh and in cooking.
