Early maturing — 25–30 days to technical maturity. Leaf type. The leaf rosette is raised, compact, with a diameter of 23–26 cm. Leaves (12–15) are of medium thickness, 14–15 cm long, 15–20 cm wide, and dark burgundy. The edge is wavy and finely serrated. Contains a complex of vitamins. Resistant to stem rot. Suitable for transport. Used fresh. Plants require watering, weeding, loosening the soil, and fertilization.
Soil temperature for seed germination must not be lower than 3°C.
