Grunetta Lettuce – a mid-early leaf variety with high yield and decorative appearance. The growing season lasts 50–60 days. The plant forms a compact rosette 20–25 cm tall with wavy leaves of a rich dark green color with a burgundy tint. The leaves are tender, crisp, and have a pleasant sweet taste without bitterness.
The variety is resistant to bolting, grows well in open ground and greenhouses, and tolerates temperature fluctuations. Grunetta lettuce is suitable for fresh consumption, preparing salads, side dishes, and garnishing meals.
