Ilka Radish is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety with excellent flavor. The growing season lasts 22–28 days. The plant produces uniform, round roots weighing 15–20 g. The skin is bright red, smooth, and thin. The flesh is white, juicy, tender, with a pleasant fresh taste and no bitterness.
The variety is distinguished by uniform ripening and resistance to bolting and fruit cracking. Ilka radish grows well both in open ground and in greenhouses and is suitable for cultivation in spring and fall. It is mainly used fresh, giving salads and appetizers an attractive appearance and crisp texture.
