Carnival Leaf Parsley is a mid-season, high-yielding variety with aromatic leaves. The growing season lasts 70–80 days. The plant forms a rosette 25–30 cm tall with dark green, deeply lobed leaves. The leaves are tender, juicy, with a rich aroma and a pleasant spicy flavor; they remain tender for a long time after cutting.
The variety is distinguished by stable yields, cold hardiness, and disease resistance.
