Sugar Root Parsley is a mid-season variety with a growing season of 85–105 days from germination to maturity. It yields a harvest for 2 years. The root is conical in shape, gray-white in color, 20–30 cm long, and weighs 25–65 g. It has good flavor. For an extra-early harvest, it is recommended to sow the parsley before winter. The leaves are used fresh, dried, or salted. Root yield is 1.2–2.5 kg/m².
