Gigantella Leaf Parsley – a mid-season, high-yielding variety; the growing season from sowing to the start of harvesting is 67–77 days. The plant forms a dense rosette of long stems. The leaves are dark green, aromatic, and have a delicate flavor. The average weight of a single plant is up to 200 g. It has abundant, succulent foliage. Yield ranges from 4 to 9 kg/m². Sowing is recommended in the spring and before winter.
The greens regrow quickly after cutting. You can get 4–5 harvests of high-quality produce per season. Recommended for growing green foliage during the spring and fall. Used in cooking in dried, frozen, and fresh forms.
