Italian Giant Leaf Parsley - an early-maturing variety; the growing season from sowing to the start of consistent harvest (harvesting greens) is 65–75 days. It has a very large leaf rosette; the leaves are dark green, tender, and juicy. The average weight of a single plant is 95–120 g. Yield ranges from 5.1 to 10.2 kg/m². For an early harvest, sowing before winter is recommended.
The Giant of Italy parsley variety is characterized by vigorous growth, large leaves, and a pleasant aroma. Its glossy, intense green color is retained throughout the entire growth period and does not turn yellow. It is used for the fresh market and processing, including canning and pickling. It grows excellently in all regions of Ukraine.
