Italian Giant Parsley — an early-maturing variety with a growing season of 65–75 days from sowing to the start of harvest. The leaf rosette is very large. The leaves are dark green, tender, and juicy; they retain their appearance for a long time and do not turn yellow. The average weight of a single plant is 95–120 g. The variety is characterized by vigorous growth, large leaves, and a pleasant aroma. For an early harvest, sowing before winter is recommended. It is used for the fresh market, processing, and canning. Yield: 5.1–10.2 kg/m².
