Marta Polska Pepper – a mid-early, high-yielding variety with uniform fruits. The growing season lasts 100–110 days. The plant forms compact bushes 50–70 cm tall, densely covered with fruit buds. The fruits are cone-shaped, weighing 100–120 g; they are light green when technically ripe and bright red when biologically ripe. The flesh is dense, juicy, 5–6 mm thick, with a pleasant sweet taste.
The variety is distinguished by stable yields, uniform ripening, and resistance to major diseases. Marta Polska peppers are suitable for fresh consumption, stuffing, preparing salads, hot dishes, canning, and freezing. Thanks to their attractive appearance, the fruits are valued both for home use and for sale.
