F1 Kolibri Cucumber - A balcony-type, parthenocarpic cluster gherkin hybrid with female or predominantly female flowering. Intended for cultivation during the spring and summer on balconies, verandas, and loggias, as well as in open ground and spring greenhouses. Early maturing, with little branching. Short lateral shoots of the determinate type. Leaves are small, arranged horizontally close to the soil surface. The internodes of the main stem are very short. The fruits are short, bumpy, with white spines, 5–8 cm long, 2.5–3.5 cm in diameter, weighing 60–80 g, spindle-shaped, on a long pedicel. The frequency of tubercles is average, and the tubercles are of medium size. Short, light-colored longitudinal stripes are visible on the surface of the fruits. Each node produces 2 to 8–10 ovaries. High taste and pickling qualities. The hybrid is resistant to olive spot, common cucumber mosaic virus, and powdery mildew, and is tolerant to downy mildew.
Planting density in greenhouses is 2.5–3 plants/m², in open ground 4–5 plants/m².
