F1 Emelya — an early-maturing, high-yielding parthenocarpic hybrid of the female or predominantly female flowering type for spring greenhouses, tunnels, and open ground.
Characteristics:
- Vigorous plants with shortened internodes.
- Branching is average or below average.
- Fruits are deep green, heavily bumpy with white spines, oval-cylindrical in shape, and
- Excellent flavor, ideal for pickling and canning.
- The hybrid is characterized by uniform yield and increased cold tolerance.
Features: the yield of F1 Emelya, despite its shorter fruits, remains on par with the Zozulya and Aprilsky hybrids, and in years with inclement summers, it surpasses them. The hybrid is resistant to olive spot, common cucumber mosaic virus, and tolerant to root rot and powdery mildew.
