Vita Longa Carrot — a variety with an average maturity period of 110–115 days. The root vegetable is a vivid orange color, long, thick, conical in shape, with a slightly ribbed surface. The weight of mature roots ranges from 130 to 210 g. The flesh and core are orange. Yield: 4.5–6.8 kg/m². Yield growth is rapid from early September through October. The carrots are resistant to rot during storage. Vita Longa carrots are valued for their excellent taste, high juiciness, and balanced carotene and carbohydrate content. They are used for making juices and for winter storage.
