Golden Beginning Corn is a mid-early sweet variety with high yields and excellent flavor. The growing season lasts 80–85 days. The plant, 160–180 cm tall, produces uniform ears 18–20 cm long, densely filled with golden-yellow kernels. The kernels are tender, juicy, and sweet, tasting best during the milk ripeness stage.
The variety is distinguished by uniform ripening, good marketability, and resistance to major diseases. Zolotyi Pochatok corn is suitable for boiling, baking, freezing, and canning.
