Zavadovskaya Cabbage is a late-maturing, heat-tolerant variety with a period from germination to technical maturity of 180–190 days. The head is dense and does not crack. The shape is round or flat-round. The center is white in cross-section. Color: green. Head weight: 2.5–4 kg. Excellent taste. Good marketability. Intended use: for pickling and fresh storage.
Cultivation characteristics:
Sowing: April, May. Planting pattern: 60 x 60 cm between rows. Sowing depth: 1.5–2 cm. Transplant seedlings at 45–50 days old. Recommended planting. Best preceding crops: legumes and grains, cucumbers, onions, and root vegetables. Yield: 4–4.5 kg/m².
