Brussels Sprouts Groning – a mid-late, high-yielding variety with small, compact heads. The growing season is 130–140 days. The plant, 60–80 cm tall, forms up to 40–60 miniature heads with a diameter of 2–4 cm, yielding a total harvest of 0.5–0.7 kg per plant. The heads are green, compact, with tender, juicy flesh and a pleasant taste.
The variety is distinguished by high yield, resistance to low temperatures, and the ability to harvest even after light autumn frosts. Brussels Sprouts Groningger are used for fresh consumption, preparing hot dishes, freezing, and canning.
