Biryusa Cabbage is a mid-season variety of white cabbage with high yields and excellent flavor. The growing season lasts 115–125 days. The plant forms compact, round heads weighing 2.5–3.5 kg. The leaves are dense, rich green with a bluish tint; the flesh is juicy, crisp, and slightly sweet.
The variety is noted for its resistance to cracking, good transportability, and long shelf life—heads can be stored for 4–5 months without loss of quality. Biryusa cabbage is suitable for fresh consumption, salads, stewing, pickling, and storage. Thanks to its high yield and attractive head appearance, the variety is valued both in home gardens and on commercial farms.
