Spaghetti Ravioli Squash – a mid-season variety with unusual fruits, the flesh of which separates into spaghetti-like strands when cooked. The growing season is 95–100 days. The plant forms bushes with long vines; the fruits are oval-cylindrical in shape, weighing 1.2–1.8 kg. The skin is light yellow and firm; the flesh is creamy yellow, tender, and has a pleasant taste.
The variety is noted for its stable yield, ease of cultivation, and good fruit storage life. The Spaghetti Raviolo squash is suitable for baking, boiling, and stewing, and is excellent as a side dish or base for healthy meals.
