Bergold Asparagus Bean - a mid-early bush variety; the period from sowing to harvest is 65–70 days. The plant is of medium height. The pods are partially positioned above the leaves. The high placement of the lower pods makes the variety suitable for mechanical harvesting. The pods are long, 12–13 cm in length, yellow in color, do not overgrow for a long period, are stringless, and have an excellent flavor. It has a very high yield of fresh pods. Good taste. Used fresh, canned, and for freezing.
