Skuba Green Asparagus Beans - an early-maturing variety with a growing season of 70–80 days. The plant is bushy and compact, 40–50 cm tall, and does not require staking. The pods are green, 13–16 cm long, with 10–12 pods per plant. Pod yield is 1.4–1.9 kg/m², seed yield is 0.3–0.4 kg/m², and the crop ripens uniformly. Good flavor. Pod length: 13–16 cm. Dry matter content in pods: 10%; sugar: 1.8%; vitamin C: 22.8 mg/%. The "Skuba" variety is resistant to anthracnose and all bacterial diseases. It is used boiled, fried, and canned; both the roots and the dry seeds are consumed.
