Watermelon, Charleston Gray – a high-yielding variety with a maturation period of 75–80 days. The fruits are large, weighing 12–18 kg, elongated and cylindrical, with a light green rind. The flesh is bright red with a high sugar content. The light color keeps the fruit cool on hot days. It can be stored for up to several months. Resistant to fusarium wilt and anthracnose. Yields reach 100 t/ha with adequate irrigation.
