Remontal 50 g

Remontal - a combined systemic and contact fungicide for the protection of tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, onions, and grapes against late blight, Alternaria, downy mildew, black spot, Peronospora (downy mildew), and other fungal diseases. 

Active ingredient: mancozeb 640 g/kg + metalaxyl-M 40 g/kg

Formulation and volume: water-soluble granules, 50 g.

Mancozeb is a contact-action substance that disrupts important biochemical processes in fungal cells. Mancozeb penetrates the plant within half an hour, creating a protective layer on the plant’s surface.
Metalaxyl is a systemic substance that is absorbed by the above-ground parts of the plant within an hour after spraying. Moving acropetally, it has a preventive effect and, in the early stages of infection, a curative and protective effect.

The dual mode of action (contact-systemic) destroys the infection in the plant during the early stages of infection and also provides reliable protection not only for the vegetative parts (leaves, stems) but also for the generative parts (tubers, fruits, berries).

Advantages of the product:
1. Remontal quickly penetrates the plant (within 30 minutes), spreads through the stem, and is not washed off by rain.
2. Effective against all pathogens of downy mildew—fungi of the Oomycetes class.
3. It has curative, anti-spore, and protective properties.
4. Long-lasting protective effect—up to 14 days—extends to new, untreated shoots as well.
5. Provides protection for potato tubers during storage.

Application rate: 25 g per 5 liters of water; spray on crops during the growing season. The solution is sufficient for 1–2 acres.
