Perun 100 ml

Quantity
Full description
“Perun” - a selective soil herbicide designed to protect crops of carrots, sunflowers, peas, corn, potatoes, and soybeans against annual dicotyledonous and grass weeds—Persian speedwell, galinsoga, heliotrope, mustard, field mustard, wall pellitory, lupine, common datura, common chickweed, creeping clover, common ragweed, lamb's quarters, annual bluegrass, garden thistle, pink thistle, chickweed, black nightshade, shepherd's purse, garden purslane, millet, wild radish, chamomile, rock cress, common spurge, physalis, chickweed, small flax, common chickweed, stinging nettle, blood-red foxglove, Canary grass, etc.
When applied before weed emergence, the product is absorbed by both the above-ground parts of the weed and its root system. It does not affect subsequent crops in the crop rotation.
Suspension concentrate.

Active ingredient: promethrin 500 g/L

Application rates for "Perun"
The working solution is prepared at a rate of 20–40 ml of the product, depending on the soil texture and weed infestation, per 5 liters of water per 100 square meters. On light soils, low doses are used; on heavy, high-humus soils, the application rate is increased to the maximum—50 ml per 100 square meters.

Mode of Action
Efficacy is achieved due to the active ingredient’s ability to block photosynthesis in weeds, destroying them as soon as they germinate. When applied post-emergence to germinated weeds, “Perun” acts through the leaves and inhibits their growth for 5–7 days.
The herbicide significantly reduces the negative impact of weeds during the early, most critical period for the crop.
The period of protective action is 10–12 weeks, depending on weather conditions.

Recommendations for use
Soil treatment should be performed in the morning or evening, at air temperatures between +15°C and +25°C:
- before sowing,
- simultaneously with sowing,
- before crop emergence.
Carrot treatment is permitted during the 2–4 true leaf stage of the crop.
