Duration of protective action: Due to its systemic action, Efatol begins to suppress the infection immediately after penetrating the plant and coming into contact with the pathogen. The duration of protective action is 12 to 18 days (depending on weather conditions and plant species).

Mode of action: The active ingredient in Efatol affects the biochemical processes of plant cells, stimulates the natural functions of defense reactions, and creates a unique barrier against pathogen penetration, resulting in plants developing immunity to the pathogen. It inhibits spore germination and blocks mycelial development. Efatol rapidly penetrates plant tissues and spreads acropetally and basidially.

Chemical group: phosphonates.
WHO classification, toxicological characteristics: Class III (moderately toxic).
Formulation: wettable powder (WP).
Shelf life and storage conditions: Three years in sealed original packaging at temperatures between 0 °C and +35 °C.
