Bitoxibacillin-BTU 35 ml

Bitoxibacillin-BTU, 35 ml - a bioinsecticide for protecting flowers, vegetable, and fruit and berry crops from insect pests and mites.

Active ingredient: viable cells of the bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis, endospores, and biologically active products of its metabolism: protein crystals (endotoxin) and thermostable exotoxin.

Intended use:

• For the control of pests: Colorado potato beetles and their larvae, aphids, mites, and caterpillars.
• Lepidopteran insect pests (cabbage white, cabbage, apple, and fruit moths, cabbage loopers, American white butterflies, pyralids, leaf rollers, gold-striped moths, meadow moths, sawflies, and others) on flowers, vegetable, and fruit and berry crops during the growing season.

Mode of action: intestinal-acting biological product.

When ingested by insects, beetles, and mites along with particles of consumed foliage, the product causes intestinal paralysis, leading to the death of the pests.

Recommended application rates and methods

Total number of treatments during the growing season: 2–4.

It is recommended to apply the treatment while avoiding direct sunlight, preferably in the evening or morning.

The final treatment should be applied 5 days before harvest.

To increase effectiveness, the Liposam® or Adumax bio-adhesive can be added to the solution.
